Default Is it true that manual LX transmission has better gearing than DX?

I read that the LX had slightly more aggressive gearing than a DX tranny. Any truth to this?

If LX gearing means four door gearing as opposed to hatchback/CRX gearing then yes. Sedans/2wd wagons had 4.058 final drives vs. the 3.88 final drives that DX hatches and CRXs had..pretty much in between the DX FD and the 4.25 FD in the Si.
