03 card at the track = sloppy!
How my car did:
I was not too impressed. Obviously I know that it's a family car, lol, but it's just so big and heavy. I have the Tein SSP coilovers but I have a feeling that I may need to sell those and buy the D2 coilovers because it's just not stiff enough. Also, I need wider wheels because my 7" stock 6-speed wheels just can't accomidate a tire size wide enough for what I need. The track changed my whole perspective on driving... I don't give a crap about going fast nearly as much as being able to take turns and drive correctly.
I know my tires suck, I have general exclaim HFP 235,45,17... They have squishy side walls and there's a whole lot of drama and tire flex. What tire do you guys reccomend that is a high performance tire?
Also, has anyone heard of swaping out rubber bushings for poly urethane on the 03+ accords? I can't find any guides to doing this. Thanks a lot

you need to find somthing alot better then coil overs.. they suck and should never be install on any car
buy dampers that build with it and the correct springs ect. that alone should make a diffrence you caan feel...
+ a set og parada spec2 or eagle f1 is allso a good place to start on tires.. and they a the most impotent thing !!

for track Escta MX > 615. the 615s just don't handle the heat well. Autox its totally the other way around before they grease up 615s FTW

You're right about the rates. 9/6 is extremely moderate for circuit performance. However, would you be comfortable driving daily with higher rates? One other route is trying to upgrade sway bars and see if the performance will suit your needs.
But in all honesty, building a great circuit vehicle is going to mean there's very little compromise. Its your call.
Dunno what rates to recommend because I drive an eg(way too light to compare rates). But I will say my rates are comparable to the tein monoflex and I love taking curves, overpasses, and doing a little spirited driving. Planning to take it out to the circuit as soon as I upgrade swaybars and brakes(eh2's have shitty suspension to start with anyway).
