Default EM1?

ok i have a question. im not all that familiar with the JDM model codes and years and what nots. i was wondering what the JDM comparison to the 99-00 si (EM1) was. Im wondering cause i just want to know whats compatable with my car so i can look and see what i like. I know JDM is all the thing now, i just want to see what the JDM verson of that car is like

As far as I know there were no JDM em1. All em1 were made here in the US and sold here, Cananda and some other countries but Japan

there arent any civic coupes in japan
only hatchbacks

I disagree completely. Although coupes are rare in Japan, there are models. The only countries that did receive an EM1 are the UK and Australia as the VTi-R. The closest thing you can mimic the EM1 with JDM is the EK4. Some parts will be interchangeable, but obviously it's a hatch.

thanx for the help guys, i was just wonderin what to look for if i wanted to get some JDM parts for my car cause alot of JDM stuff looks very clean.

Most of the stuff that works on a hatch will work on your car.

awesome, thanx for all the info. im already in the market for an EM1, im tryin to get one before i get home from Iraq so i can start playin with it right away. but if that fails im takin the first month to find me a decent one. then i can start to make it look even better.
