96 INTEGRA SPECIAL EDITION, WHICH HEAD??
Well i have a 96 honda integra special edition and i wanted to get a v-tec head! so i was wondering if i should go b16, b18 or type R! i dont know what would be best!! i have $1200 to spend! My friend whos a mechanic will put in a gsr head that he just rebuilt with the ecu and the other things i need for the conversion for $800. what do you guyz think???
Well .. there is that nice Red button in the top right corner,
which suprisingly, if you searched ls/vtec, you'd have a few things to read..

u dont need an aftermakret oil pan. stock one will work fine. and u dont need the golden eagle ls/vtec kit, u can piece together the kit for way cheaper than golden eagle sells it. to the OP, gsr head and b16 head will give u roughly about the same power. barely anydifference in power. a while back, brad from rlz put both heads on a flow bench and if i remember correctly the b16 head flowed like 3 more cfm which isnt **** basically. so jus go with whatever head u can get for cheaper.
