Default fluidyne radiator and hondata s300 on SH

Ok i had a problem with my new radiator because it didnt not have a built in cooler or the atts. Here was what I was thinking ...... i am installing hondata s300 on a jdm obd1 p72 ecu which will disable atts anyway. With atts disable do you still need to run a cooler for that unit ? Because if thats the case i wouldnt have to worry about running the cooler.

yes you do... even though the electronic functions of the ATTS system are disabled, there is still movement and friction inside the ATTS unit
