Quick and simple:

FL crew, you have dibs on Willards crib since you hooked us up last time.
Any and all others, there are chit loads of hotels in the 3 mile area. There will be a "Hyper-Fest" that weekend also, so rooms my be tuff to get??
No less the two kegs will be on ice Friday morn. (1) Red Oak and (1) "light something or nother"

A full size econoline van will be rented to saftely transport persons to and from the track since 99% of us will have a BAC of >.1 all weekend.

Looks like it's going to be a long hot summer!

 

'Safe' car parking will be avaliable at the house. Unless the hotel has a guard.

Transport to the track/from the house/from the hotel/to food... etc. will be provided. I will check on van prices and will let you know later. Kicking in a few dollars for the van rental = happy transport.

Should be a fun event. E-mail me with specific issues and I will work them out.

I will have Friday off from work to prepare.
