solid light external. no light internal

solid light external. no light internal
Both internal and external work great. the car runs just fine. the problem is that when i run external rom there is a solid light, pulls no code. yet the car runs great. how could this be, ive search the topic. I have also reset the ecu and check grounds. any ideas? anyone know where that thread in the wiki, that shows all the 28 pins and which one was ground.

one of my own, no i did not remove the checksum. should I? whats the purpose of checksum anyway. oh wait never mind. good idea thanks. ill try that now.
