Default Misshap with resistor box wiring (97 boosted prelude)

Alright so the other day i decided to fix the resistor box wiring while i was waiting for my injectors to come in. Get it all nice and neat and runs fine . The injectors come in (DSM) and while i was unclipping the injectors to take the fuel rail off i accidently pulled apart a couple wires. Thought it was a quick and simple fix but i switched up one of the wires by accident. Didnt realize until i tried to start the car of course. So i go back and fix it.
I know bad things can happen when u expletive up the resistor box wiring...
-when car is on ON i cant hear the fuel pump kick in like usually
-I checked all the fuses, found one bad one but it was for a rear speaker.
-swapped out my p28 for stock ecu, same thing

Called a friend and he suggested the main relay? How do i check if its bad?
Or what else could be the cause?

Throw some ideas out there!

Thanks, Johnny.

crawl under your dash and look for the little grey box, it sounds like a problem with the main relay, you can either pull on it and it will slide of the metal bracket its on, or you can unbolt it, i think its a 10mm, it's pretty far up there above your pedals

Did that and got it off. How can i tell if its bad or not? Does it need to be replaced completely?
