15/16ths MC question....GSR brake conversion
Setup
92 cx hatch/ b16a2 motor and tranny
Stock braking system so far
I'm planning on running 2000 gsr brakes all around with a 93 integra non abs 40/40 prop valve and a 91 4dr ex master cylinder on my stock cx booster....will all of this work correctly or does anybody see possible conflicts with my set up. I'm trying to not have to flare or bend any lines if at all possible. Any help is most appriciated

It will work. I have this exact same setup. Plug and play.
Good luck with the prop valve. Bitch to put in with the IM in the way.

It will all work correctly without bending and/or flaring any lines.
The setup you listed:
'94-01 Integra non-ITR front knuckles, rotors (10.3"), and calipers (17CL14VN)
'90-01 Integra non-ITR (among various other cars) rear hubs, rotors (9.5"), and calipers
'90-93 Integra non-ABS proportioning valve (4040)
'90-91 Civic 4dr EX master cylinder (15/16", 10:00/5:00 bolt pattern, 10mm fittings)
. . . is pretty much ideal for a road and track use Civic under 2500lbs, and requires the least amount of extra work to install.

i wonder if the si with the 13/16's mc had a different booster because I ordered a 91 ex 4 door MC for it and it looked like it would fit but the mounting ears were clocked 90 degrees? any one know anything on this..?? I need to look at my 95 EX coupe with the 7/8's mc to see if they are different
And will I be able to use my stock cx brake lines or will I need to use the GSR lines?.....I'm asking more about the rear since I have drums right now. Will the rear lines bolt right up to the gsr disc calipers?

yeah i was gonna say i had the local hilljack auto parts order me one and it didnt bolt up and i checked and the 95 EX and 93SI are the same orientation... but on all the posts ive seen with pics the ears were right for the 91 ex sedan abs.........oh well ill just save it for when it gets teg brakes in the front
so by using the 91 EX MC you don't have to do anything what so ever to the booster. do you need to adjust the MC piston length or anything of that sort? i will be doing what the original poster posted to my 94 cx. thanks
