Default Replacing rear glass that has Si on it????

I'm trying to figure out how to take out the little piece that has the Si sticker on it, my old one was all faded and crappy so I bought a new one to replace it. I wasnt sure if it just pops out or do I have to take all the plastic out on the inside to push it out?

They are a bitch to get out, if you try to pry it from the outside, you will break all the clips. If you are replacing the panel, and it came with the little clips (three if I can remember), then just pry it off.
