big problem with rpm's help!!
ok i have been dealing with this for a long time. if ever im comming down in revs they get to like 1200 and then drop like the engine is trying to staul on itself. i dont know what it could be. vacuum, ignition timing, a sensor. someone please help its awful and doesnt feel good for the motor.
More info plz. Does it do this when it's cold?Warm? What ecu u using? Any cels? Does it do when ur moving or when ur at a standstill or both? How far do the rpm's actually drop?

when the car is cold. spray some starter fluid around the vacuum hoses
and the intake manifold and listen for a change in rpm's.
if there is no change, the you probably dont have a vacuum leak

i have a chipped p28 ecu. no cels. does this when its cold and warm, but only decceleration. for example if im comming to a stop and in 2nd gear, when i push the clutch in and go into nuetral the rpms do down to about 1100(where my stock idle is set) and then drop instantly to about 600 sounds like its goin to stall then reacts and stabalizes itself at 1100 again. sounds like the engine is choking itself. i was thinkin it could be a sensor, dirty throttle body, or vacuum. any help is appreciated thanks
