Default Prelude Gauges Burned Out

My Friend has a 95 prelude and his fuel and water temp gauges arent working. How can he fix this? New gauges to buy or just bulbs? Anyone ever have this problem?

the gauges may not be bad, there is a dc/ac converter behind the dash that i have seen go bad only once.. either that or go to a local junkyard and pick one up, i have two sitting in a box down stairs, very common in yards..

no one is going to even tell him it's a possiblity it may be the bulbs? Cause that is definately a possibility. The bulbs are a few bucks each from honda. Tell your buddy to buy the bulbs and replace them and see what happens. It's very easy to do.
