LOL, basically from my understanding they are non-vtec style cams with the primary lobes being the profiles of a vtec lobe. Basically you have the equivelant of vtec throughout the entire rpm range. Not really a vtec killer, more like vtec ALL THE TIME.
It's for race motors, and it DOES eliminate VTEC. If you think about it, there is no sense pushing extra rocker arms & lost-motion assemblies around at 8k rpm where they just become excess baggage. Most racing keeps you on the high cam all the time anyways. VTEC itself is more useful for street motors where low-rpm torque is still very important...

Vtec killer cams? Why woulld you want to remove vtec?</TD></TR></TABLE>
if you honestly dont care about how your car sounds at idle, these cams make good power.
but you will sound like an open header camaro at red lights. FYI.

they are strictly for track use, they elminate Vtec because in road racing conditions you don't need variable valve timing and you don;t have to have it engaging/disengaging and have to mess with it, its not going to stop working in the oil pressure drops etc. Of course these cars are constantly in the powerband, thats not what you want with a street car.
