Default Swap from hell....any help?

Yes, I feel like a squishy terd with corn stuck in it because I have not one clue how to get out of this "Trial" user stage/period whatever you want to call it. AND could somebody throw some tips out there on the best way to use the search on this site because thus far, everything on this site has made me feel utterly computer illiterate.

BTW, i can't seem to get any pressure to build up in my clutch. I've bled the thing to the point of insanity and still can't get the pedal to stay out....help?

Check under your steering wheel by your clutch pedal. The clutch master cylinder is there. Do you see any fluids? You might want to pull up the carpet to check also.

Then follow your clutch lines across the firewall to the slave cylinder. Check for fluid leaks and such.

Make sure the slave cylinder rod that pushes the fork is on right (don't ask me how I know that. whoops)

If all that stuff looks good then the m/c or slave cylinder may need to be replaced or you just have a shitload of air in your system. If you do replace the M/C or S/C I would recommend just replacing both at the same time and being done with it.

Did you remove anything clutch related???

It happened before I swapped the motor. And some how, by pushing the fork back out with my hand I was able to use the pedal again.

I just bought a new slave and we were bleeding the mess out of it and still weren't geting pressure. I did check the inside for any leaks and the only fluid was the on the piston type thing the pedal pushes in and out.

there's no leaks, to my knowledge, on the hard lines.

I'm guessing it's the master....?

Word, i think it's come down to that.

So what's a good asking price for a swapped hatch with an ok "fair" body?

b18 what? That makes a difference too.

I've seen anywhere from 4500-7000. But how many mods do you have on the motor, interior, exterior, suspension, etc..?
