I have a chance to pick these up locally for cheap and they are hardly used and still is pretty good shape, they've been sitting a friends house for months. I just wanted to know if anyone has any experience with these speakers? Good? Bad? Better than stock?

They would be going into a 2001 GSR, I want something just better than stock, nothing crazy.

 

They aren't exactely special, and they will distort at any moderate volume with any Bass to it. We sell em, we go to them when someone comes in to our shop and says something like. "I want an entire sound system for $200".......

Thats about the only time we sell em. If they're $15-$20, why not, better than stock blown speakers.

 

Thanks. They are $15 and come with a bottle of Zaino, lol. In you're opinion do you think they are better than stock?

 

They'll probably sound better than stock if you've got a blown stock speaker...

 

might sound better than stock, will have a better high due to the tweeter, but not any better on the low end.
