i have a 95 eg civic which had d16 z6 which i changed for b16a2 all was good then i stripped it and replaced piston rings,main & crank bearings,thrust washers and i got the head skimmed just to clean it up but now ive rebuilt the engine it wont idle is over fuelling and is showing cel code 43 which is fuel supply system ive changed 02 sensor,fuel filter and put injector cleaner in it the pump is working but ive not checked the pressure any ideas what could be causing this thanks in advance
