Default Broke bolt on cam holder, do I have to remove it?

So while putting in a cam seal, I broke a bolt off in the cam holder, it is the one circled in the pic. I know it would be best to remove it but since it is only one would it be okay to leave, because I dont want to have to re-time the motor. I am going to be pushing around 700whp if it matters, sorry for the ignorance, I just would like to know if I will be okay, thanks.
