6200 rev limit

Default 6200 rev limit

i had a post on this before. 94 ex w/ jdm b16a jdm p30
i had a 6200 rev limit.. NO codes OIL FULL...
i was hitting limit at 6200. i reset ecu and went for a drive made it to 6800 so i shifted and decided problem fixed.
well i was out otherday and getting on it and hit limit at 7200 reset ecu same thing
then yesterday its back down to 6200
i am stumped as i said no codes oill is full
ANY ideas?
any INDIANA people who could let me try your ecu.

yea i had your problem... it was my ecu.... it was fried.. dont know how or why.. but it was... stuck my buddies gsr ecu in mine and it ran perfect...

maybe your vtec solonoid has gone bad.. that was my problem i had no vtec and i couldnt go past 7,000rpms

thats what i think too, i mean what else could it be. i hit up HMO to see if they would replace it, They should i hope
any indiana people with an ecu i can try!!!

whats cheap? ecu ? i dont consider 100 + cheap maybe you have money comeing out your *** but i have 3 kids,wife,business ect ect......

UPDATE: Hmotorsonline is replacing the ecu.

just make sure you unhook the battery before install...!!!
