hey does anyone have the helms manual for 92-96 prelude? I ended up melting my cigarette lighter ground all the way through the main electrical harness... Now i have to find the end of it... and rewire a direct ground... all the way back to the cigarette lighter... but i dont know where the end is! (or where its not fried nemore) .... Somehwere by the fuse box area?\

I don't know if I can explain this well enough, but the cigarette lighter has 4 ground wires according to the Helms.

#'s:

-G401 - behind passenger side of dash
-G402 - bolted to driver side of the metal center console by the shifter
-G404 - bolted to passenger side of the above
-G521 - under driver seat bolted to the floor

 

just out of curiousity, how did you manage to do that?

 

fixed thanks to hawkzee...


shorted out using some Gay autozone switch (had power/ground/acc) and i mixed the 2 up.. )
