Ground is to the chassis. If you are having problems, it's power related, and that fuse is under the driver side dash footwell area.

Re: Blower motor fuse and relays
- Disconnect the harness connector to the blower motor and verify whether there is power (+) on the Blu/Wht wire terminal with the ignition ON. If there is power on that wire, then the fuses and relay is good; and the issue would be the ground side.
- The ground to the motor runs through the power transistor or heater control panel; and is controlled by the heater control panel.
2. You can also check if the issue is on the ground side (plug back the connector to the blower motor first):
- Unplug the electrical connector to the blower power transistor unit.
- Attach a jumper wire (short piece of wire) from the Blue/Black wire cavity to the Black wire cavity on the unplugged electrical connector. Leave the connector unplugged.
- Turn the ignition ON. The blower motor should run.
