Anyone in cali with the BYS rear wing ever het any hassle for having the 3rd brake light covered up? I am not sure if I like the fact that it covers it up.

It is like hit or miss. Sometime you get knocked for the stupidest little things. I guess it is not as bad as it was a few years back. I am used to my built N/A civic, and I guess that would be a simple fix it ticket anyway.

you shouldn't get hassled if you have 2 operating tail/brake lights

I wouldn't be worried about getting hassled by cops. I'd be more worried about getting rear ended in rush hour traffic. You'd be making it easier for dumb drivers to forget to brake

In Texas you are only required to have two brake lights. Not sure about other states. So, ya, maybe just ignore my post.
