Did they make them? I've only seen them for sale for EF9's and not EF8's. Locally I saw a crx that had them. IT was missing one of them I think, for the bumper. Maybe he put them on and cut the excess off? I love the red mouldings and want them for my white crx.

 

Are you sure they weren't painted? I'm just saying because I've only seen the black moldings.

 

yep. They were the black mouldings with the red stripe up the middle.... I"ll post up a pic of an ef9 with them...

Got me dude I've never seen anything but black unless it was painted. Save yourself some time and money and paint them red if thats what you want. What is it like $5 for a can of good spray paint?

 

no no, on crx wos not factory red molding, and i dont like molding on crx.

Yeah, they only came on the JDM models, you can find them on ebay every once in a while, but expect to pay big $$$$. Or check out http://www.passwordjdm.com, they seem to pop up there every once in awhile.

 

umm i don't know. as far as i remember JDM hatches only came with the red stripe (JDM Moldings like wiZCo said) you could paint them on but that would probably look fugly..

Get some red pin-stripe tape. I saw a huge roll in wal-mart yesterday.

 

1988-1989 ef hatches had that groove even the usdm models the jdm one were painted in the center but as said befor I have seen several people pick up the appropriate width pin stripe and apply it to the usdm groove.

The ef crx never had that groove jdm or usdm.

I think it would look so hot on a crx. I love the look on the hatches. That black hatch is the love too. I guess I just need to get myself a hatch to buy mouldings for. lol. The red pinstripe tape would be a good idea, but it would prolly look like *** compared to the real deal...

 

they didnt paint it in Japan, it was tape as well

ahhhh! You've got the indention. Nice I would have gone with about 1/2" tape though.
