ok guys hears my situation ive owned my 96 ls for about a year now. during this time ive done simple bolt on upgrades. now i want to do something biger and make my integra have some real power. i really dont know what to do. alot of people are telling me to boost my ls considering it has only 120kms on the motor and it has never been beaten. on the other hand i need this car to turn on every day. thats why i want to consider a gsr swap. thanks guys tell me what u think i should do. know if u guys think i should boost what type of kit i should buy or should i peice together my own kit thanks

i really want to boost but recently my friend blue his boosted d series motor on the dyno and that really scared me. if i boost i only want to make 220- 240 hp and only make 4-6 pounds of boost thanks
depends on how much ur willing to spend boosting will be cheaper than another motor, but then again you can always sell the b18b1 motor after all is said and done with the swap. I would say just boost the motor it already has low miles just make sure ur compression is good. It will be fine for a daily driver if you make sure u have a good tune.
This should be a no brainer. Probably same amount of money to do either one, but boosting it would get you the best bang for your buck (literally if you dont do it right)

not true, like someone just mentioned...if your buying a full swap (gsr runs about $3k) you can sell the LS full swap for some good coin (if your patient you could get $1500 for a full ls swap)

Cmon now, nobody's interested in making power around here.

Good luck getting $1500 for an LS swap. $1000 at the most (thats with everything including the tranny) and then your GSR swap only cost you $2500. Read the second half of my post.
definitely boost it. If you're going to run only 6 lbs. then just get a greddy kit. That will come with the emanage for tuning and everything so you should everything you need to get started for about 3000 or less. Good luck
I went LS turbo myself, of course I would choose LS turbo over GSR swap. But then again I already had a GSR transmission, which made a big difference in itself when I was NA....
