I am going to take a guess and say no, until proven otherwise.....

my thinking behind this is because of the new drive by wire, vsa, and i would assume that there would be different pin-outs for other features......

You may be right, but hopefully not

Like you said there may be added pins to the connectors, but hopefully these are just add ons to the existing ECU. So tis way if you did swap out it would fit, and just wouldn't make use of the extra pins.

Hopefully someone has tried this and can tells us what's up.

reflash isnt the greatest thing ever.

mod the car right and youl be good to go

 

I was wanting the reflash and to see if it would be worth it, but before I went there I just wanted to see if it is possible or not.
