Vtec!
Hi all.
I have just swaped a b16a in a civic 3G,
every thing is ok know, i have also converted it to OBD1, its working perfect, No codes Except for ELD.
the Dizzy i am using is a NON Vtec, OBD1, with just some minor mods and it was
working ok,
The problem I think am facing is, the Vtec engages louder some times and some times its not louder,
the car pull hard and some time it dosent pull that much,
The other problem is the car misfires at Idel but when i turn on the head lights it goes of,
Please Suggest, can this problem is caused by the OIL.?/
Thanks

What?
ELD codes get thrown after a swap. It's normal, and 99.9% of the time means nothing.
Use the proper dizzy for the wiring/engine, should solve your problem. Also, having a code thrown, that can be remove by pressing on wires, doesn't sounds like a clean swap to me. Fix it.
