That's one insane frankenscooter. You're probably right about the labor, too.

Madd props on that. I get the urge for projects but I just don't have the facilities or tools for that kind of thing.

edit: not even taking into account whether I'd throw in the towel after a few days

Is any of the chassis actually dc2R?

I'm wondering if there are "illegal" bits due to the mix and match.

What class were you shooting for? H1? HU? How'd you build that 2L B18C5?

If he's smart, he won't answer any of those questions. Let them pay to find out after he wins something.

With the wrong motor " B18C1 in it" it is not legal for H1 right now. with the B18C5 i will be leagal for H1. I built the car for HU so it really wont matter.
As for are the any dc2r parts.. Yes most of what i have is all off of an R. Its all i play with the roof is the only low grade part on the car and the cage will fix that.
I am under weight right now but also do not have a cage in so that will change.

H1 is the motor swap class. HU is the crazy supercharged NSX class.

H2 is stock DC2R, H3 is GSR, H4 is LS/RS. If the chassis isn't from an R, you could put GSR stuff in it and run H3, or LS and go H4. If the chassis is an R, you can run H2. No mix and match there.

I need to put the crack pipe down
H1 is what i built the car for but if i put the big hu motor in thne its HU. It can not go below H1 because there is so much R stuff in it. the roof is the big one that would be holding it back but there is no way to prove that it is not an r roof. i just needed to fill the sun roof hole.

If you look here all of the R stuff is in the rear of the car not in the front hell the gsr has the same front sway bar as well. The car has the whole rear pan out of an R in it ..
The roof was the only thing i out sourced and i am really not sure what it came off of i just went to a slavage yeard and picked up a roof skin to replace the one in the car.

The Chassis had been rolled so the roof was not much help that was in it.
