Default GOOFY IDLE

Ok, I have been trying to fix this 1990 integra now for about a week. First the iidle was too high because the throttle position sensor was broken and the vacum lines were messed up. I put a new sensor on and re-did the vacum lines correctly. Now the idle goes up and down from about 1000 to 2500, it's so annoying and embarassing. I need this car fixed asap so I can sell it.
I took the valve off the back of the intake manifold and let it sit in sea foam for about 15 minutes to clean it. Should I let it sit in there longer? Should I use something else to clean it? I couldn't get the whole thing aprat cause it has an odd hex bolt i don't have a tool for, do I need to take that out to get it full disassembled?

Any other suggestions? It's just a goofy idle, it's throwing no codes . . . . .

O2 sensor would be my guess. Also check for heavily corroded spark plugs.

no, if the 02 sensor was out it would throw a code. I guess I haven't checked the spark plugs, but I really doubt that's the problem. . . . .

check your idle valve...take it off and clean it up...

Did you read my fist post? I already tried that. I'm going to try cleaning it with something else, and let it sit in the solution longer.

I figured it out. It was the fast idle thermo valve. It's held on by 3 10 mm directly under the throttle body. You have to take it off (leave coolant lines on) and pull end off (2 8mm) and there's a little piece of white plastic that get's loose inside. Tighten all the way down and it's fixed. When that's loose it creates a vaccum leak.
