Ive run 215/40/17's and I didnt like the ride at all , too low of a profile and lots of road noise. I did like the wider tire however. I know have 205/50/16's the oem size and more comfortable ride.

can you feel a big difference in the handling? isnt 225 too wide for stock rims?

i was running 215/45/16 on my slipstreams. it handled great. the car seemed to turn in a lot easier. i liked it better than 205/50 and 215/40. 215/45 seems like the best size personally.
