Koni Yellows with H&R Sport springs... which spring perch?
Hey everyone,
I've had H&R sport springs on my '96 accord with the stock shocks for 2 years. The shocks have given up the ghost and my ride is a pogo stick now. I'm planning on ordering Koni Yellows soon and doing the install myself. With the H&R's, the ride height was lowered 1.75'' in the front and 1.5'' in the back, which I would like to preserve with the Konis installed. Which spring perches should I use to retain this ride height?
Also, if you have any suggestions for me about this setup (like, it sucks, or get Tokicos, etc.) please respond. Thanks.

koni yellows are great, you will not be disapointed. i dont knwo which perch you should use but i would just do a trial and error thing
If you want the ride height to remain the same leave the clip on the middle groove on the shock. I have the same set up but I have mine on the second to lowest groove(koni sp3 with 5 grooves) and I have no wheel gap and still rides great.
Yes 3rd groove if there are 5 grooves on the shock, If you happen to get shocks with only three grooves put it on the middle groove. Same for both front and rear.
I have mine set to 3 in front and 4 in the rear and it rides pretty smooth with the H&R's. Yes I installed them but I used a cheap coil compressor so it took longer to compress the spring then to actually remove the shock. Took about 4 hours, would of only took about 2 if I had air tools(cranking that coil compressor by hand was a PITA)
