HAS ANYBODY SUCCEESSFULLY SWAPPED THE K20 INTO A DC/DB INTEG? OR HAS ANYBODY THOUGHT OF DOING SO?

seen it done before, just search it, i seen it done on dc, also i seen it done on a rhd dc k20 r

 

search, bt from experience? its gonna be abot $8k when everything is said and done

 

i would love to do it to my DA but 8k can do alot to a b18b non-vtec motor

 

yeah, seems about right, i found that most places/people would be selling the whole swap for about $6,500 somewhere in that neighborhood. i'm really leaning towards this motor, just to change it up from the norm, but i'll definitely be saving for a good 3-4 sh!+, i don't even know how many years! but we'll see what happens, because my db7 has over 225k miles on that ish!

i would love to do that swap one of these days too. but right now, it seems to be one of those baller things to do now.

 

definately alot of good info is at k20a.org. K-swaps are expensive, but you have to pay to play. Worth it in the end, depending on your goals.

i’d love to do swap this motor into my integ, but dayum… money don’t come easy… would the tranny of a k20 bolt up to a b-series motor? Or no? I’d really like to have that close ratio 6-spd.
