Rear Eg Sheetmetal
just had a quick question...i searched on honda tech and couldnt find any info or write-ups that can help me out with this rear sheetmetal fab...heres a pic any info would be kool thanks
wow... it almost looks like you cut to much. There is no real guide line that I have seen on how to sheetmetal the rear end of a Civic. Experiance is probably the best guide. If you want the job to come out right then take your time & use the right tools for the job. Just don't cut too much out of there unless you know what you are doing....

Heavy weight reduction for a race car, it looks like.

It truth you are probably looking at about 20-30 lbs... In any case it is not worth it, unless you are going to do a full "back-half" on the car. Then you are pretty much trashing it...
