GSR intermittent power trouble

GSR intermittent power trouble
2 years ago i swap a 97 GSR JDM in my RS.
2 monts ago my engine start to loose power in 4000+ rpm. (a VX can pass you)
The ECU and ENGINE are JDM OBD2a.
i check the wiring,make a complete tune up, change the dizzy.
everiting seems to be ok.
Someone else here ever ave the same trouble.
it's intermittent and if i stop the motor and start again the problem is gone for few minute.
