Default 92-93 GS-R production #s?

Ok, everyone I ask comes up with a different answer. Does anybody have the official production #'s of these cars?

this has been EXTENSIVELY covered by myself here and on G2ic.com... the summery is that ALL DB2's were made in one continual production run starting late in 91, and sold over two years in North America(Canada and USA)... this was done sequentially the highest number being the very low 3000 unit... I feel comfortable in saying that the production number is between 3200-3400 units TOTAL. I started a registry, but it has fallen in to disrepair... perhaps I should resurrect it as it has much information already included

I think its a good idea, I wonder how many are left after being wrecked or junked over the years. I just bought a red 92' for $1400, still has the b17.There is only one other one in my area that I know of, it is green.

its in o.k. shape, paints faded, 260k but runs great and doesnt burn oil, A/C is cold, a few burn holes in the drivers seat, needs shifter bushings, and the windows are noisy but all da's Ive ever had have had noisy windows.

Honda doesn't release any production or other manufacturing number... I have written Honda of japan, the suzuka plant(same plant as the NSX, type R and HRC) where the cars were made, I have written to Honda of Canada where the cars were imported to and had final assembly. I get letters back from all stating as such.
