a dx is meant for nothing other than gas mileage.
but for 200, a running car is a running car, I would personaly jump on the deal just to have a beater to trash around in.

but i might b puting in an other motor most likely a vtec just dont kno which 1 but that would b later on.... does anyone kno wat i should watch out for if i do buy this car ???

I don't know for a beater car for $200 thats a decent deal but i wouldn't waste the money on a rusted out dx shell for a B swap just throw and a6 in it or maybe even a zc but keep it simple...just for a beater...I know here in the states if the rust is to bad it isn't legal to drive, it won't pass state insepection....
so general things to look for on an EF...
Look for rust that has gone from around the wheel well to into the well..look under the rocker panel, under the plastic peive along the bottom of the door, look at the rear bumper from under the car to see if there is hidden rust...as for the motor, look in the valve cover through the oil cap and see if it looks clean, light brown
or dirty, dark brown/black 
Check the spark plugs, see how the clutch feels is it close to the floor there is a ton more but do some research and try and find some common problems and look for those

^ thanks man .. yea i had an other look, but im still very undecided cause it needs a new driver side door because of the rust and other than that everything looks prety decent..
