The highest compression on a H22A???????????????????
What is the highest compression piston wise and still be able to run 93 octane? The Mac Dad A6 falls at 11.0-1. Is it safe to say the only thing that matters is weather or not its ODBI or ODBII. Just purchase 11/12.0-1 pistons?

Depends on piston design, combustion chamber design, headwork, cams, lots of things. OBD version has little to do with it.
If the only thing you're doing is swapping pistons on an otherwise stock engine, 11:1 would be the highest I'd go.
