Alot of air parts (intake, intake manifold, good filter) can get you better gas mileage. Also if you get a chipped ecu and tune it for highway driving @ 14.7a/f with a good tranny you could get really good mileage.

PM Bensen, or Benson i believe his doing a big gas saver swap thing.

Get a VX or a d15z1 swap. I average 40 mpg mix highway and city driving. Sometimes with A/C on, sometimes window down. At 70 mph, I'm at 2500 rpm. I also shift when my shift indicator comes on. (somewhere around 2300 rpm) But slow as hell acceleration is no fun.

As long as you keep off WOT you should average around 30+ in honda cars.
