$5300-$5700 at best, IMO. $6000 is pushing it.
BTW, those euro lights and that body kit doesn't do it justice. Then again, to each his own . . .

its not the taillights that will narrow down the potential buyers, a 4th gen lude is not going to appeal to many older people, so for the money you are probably expecting, most younger kids would probably buy something else that is newer and probably quicker, also, younger buyers will want an h22 vs the h23, and while the low miles are a huge plus, younger buyers with less money will go for the higher milage cheaper lude, especially if its an h23 since they can get a cheap lude with high miles, swap in an h22 with low miles, and come out ahead

Those stock taillights will make a world of a difference on an already very clean car. Are those 19" wheels? Thats a 16 year olds dream car, start at $6,000. Keep in mind the KBB (Kelly Blue Book) doesn't mean anything when dealing with custom cars.

3 bags of Rice is all you will get. Its hard to sell cars that are all pimped out the way YOU like it cause your taste will often be yours only. That and modified cars always hold that stigma of being abused in their past life.
normally i wouldnt like something like this but i must say it was done very well
id go for 6k to the right buyer. it may be rice but i like it.

Without looking at edmunds I would think 6,000 is way to much. I paid that for my stock 94 VTEC prelude that was in near mint condition 3 years ago. Anything even above 5grand is probaly still to much. Again it's not a VTEC it's an Si, plus modifications drop the value of a car not increase. I would think your looking at 3,500-4,000 or so. But hey you can sell it for whatever you want so why not try more? Just don't be suprised if people low-ball.

Private Party Value is what a buyer can expect to pay when buying a used car from a private party. The Private Party Value assumes the vehicle is sold "As Is" and carries no warranty (other than the continuing factory warranty). The final sale price may vary depending on the vehicle's actual condition and local market conditions. This value may also be used to derive Fair Market Value for insurance and vehicle donation purposes.
Vehicle Condition Ratings Check Vehicle Title History
Excellent
$5,415
"Excellent" condition means that the vehicle looks new, is in excellent mechanical condition and needs no reconditioning. This vehicle has never had any paint or body work and is free of rust. The vehicle has a clean title history and will pass a smog and safety inspection. The engine compartment is clean, with no fluid leaks and is free of any wear or visible defects. The vehicle also has complete and verifiable service records. Less than 5% of all used vehicles fall into this category.
Good
$4,965
"Good" condition means that the vehicle is free of any major defects. This vehicle has a clean title history, the paint, body and interior have only minor (if any) blemishes, and there are no major mechanical problems. There should be little or no rust on this vehicle. The tires match and have substantial tread wear left. A "good" vehicle will need some reconditioning to be sold at retail. Most consumer owned vehicles fall into this category.
Fair (Selected)
$4,400
"Fair" condition means that the vehicle has some mechanical or cosmetic defects and needs servicing but is still in reasonable running condition. This vehicle has a clean title history, the paint, body and/or interior need work performed by a professional. The tires may need to be replaced. There may be some repairable rust damage.

There is your guide, then factor in the mods you have which normaly should drop the value, and the fact that your audience from the start is severly limited due to how the car looks and i'd say try around 4500ish but it also depends on how fast you have to sell it or if you can sit on it and wait.

Doesn't mean the person you tell will believe you...
If I ever saw a modified car in a dealership... I would definately think it's drive hard.

Ya exactly, you tell me some aftermarket mods that don't drop the value. Especially the way this car looks you don't have any saving grace. But again why not try to get as much as you can, like it said it depends on how much time you have to sit should help determine the price.
