vtec wiring question

Default vtec wiring question

i know that this is been posted before but i'm lazy. i have a 1994 honda civic with the d15b7 motor and a/t. i'm dropping in a d16z6 and m/t this weekend the only thing i'm not prepared for is if the vtec is going to work plug and play or if i have to wire it myself. i do have the d16z6 engine harness and corresponding ecu. any help is apreciated. thanks

You need to wire VTEC solenoid and pressure switch wires from the shock tower plugs to the ECU because they are not prewired. You will an AT to MT conversion mount as well.

i have the auto to manual mount from password jdm. where can i find a wiring diagram to show me how to wire the vtec and will the motor run without the vtec wired up so i can still drive it? (daily driver)

Yes, the motor will run without VTEC. There's the ECU thread up top that has the diagrams.
