USDM vs. JDM Window Visors
I'm looking into purchasing some JDM window visors for my EG but I wanted to confirm the difference between the USDM vs the JDM ones. Does anybody have a picture of the two to compare? I've heard the JDM ones are thinner than the USDM ones, is this true? Thanks for your help!
I heard the the USDM window visors stick out more than the JDM ones... I am wondering if this is true and if anybody has a picture so that I can compare the two.
What are you talking about? I admit to not knowing everything, but as far as I know Honda makes one type of visor. And it should have little Honda emblem on it, telling you it is OEM. If not it is an aftermarket knock-off.

There isn't a USDM "OEM" Visor. There are other companies that make window visors but Honda of Japan is the only one that makes factory ones. All OEM visors are JDM.. the other ones you see are from companies like weathershade and such.

Well on my EK came with the JDM window visors stock. So the difference is the JDM has tabs that are installed into the door seals. and since my car was broken into and broke off one of hte visors. I have no choice but to buy new JDM visors. and PasswordJDM has them on sale for 120.
the usdm visors go all the way down..u know how the jdm ones stop right b4 ur mirror... the usdm ones go past it...like to ur windshield. if that made any sence at all.

Here's a clue: There are no "USDM" Honda window visors because Honda never offered them as a genuine accessory for Civics here. Thus, all OEM window visors are "JDM."
