Look at the FAQ section at the top, should be able to find a list of what you will need for the swap, having a teg parts car is great
I'd do HG, timing belt and and some other maitnence to the LS befor you put it in since it is really easy to do out of the car...my LS swap was the greatest upgrade to my CRX

I'd say wait till you can find one in better condition though, guaranteed you can go to a pick and pull and get one for less than $200 that probably doesn't blow white smoke.

As long as the teg you are buying is a 90-91, you can do your swap for around 200-300 more bucks. If it is a 92-93 it's gonna be a little more expensive you will have to convert to obd-1. And before you go spraying nitrous into anything make sure the engine is stable, do a compression test at least.

??? You don't have to convert to OBD1?? hell I have a B18b from a 94-95 teg and i didn't convert to OBD1

Even if its the engine is shot you can get your money back off the other parts to get another long block or rebuild it. </TD></TR></TABLE>
Agreed!
I say you buy the car and part it out. Then use that money to buy a top end gasket kit, water pump, timing belt and tensioner, plugs and wires, and mounts. It might not be enough to buy all of those things...but it will definately buy most of it. But id do a leakdown test before i did any of that. You might need that money to rebuild the engine if it isnt up to par. I wouldnt risk spraying a worn engine. Good luck man

Convert to obd-1 or get new dizzy/injectors/ecu you pick...
Technically he can use his old stuff from the crx, but I wouldn't recommend it, especially the ecu, but if he did that hes gonna have a harder time selling his old engine

Word i hear ya on that, your wording made me think you were saying he couldn't run the motor unless he converted to OBD1...
I don't think he would have a problem seling his OBD1 stuff to get OBD0 parts if that was the case
