Default lowering the GSR

I am looking to lower my 96 gsr. I was wondering what anyone thought about the ksport coilovers. I want a pretty decent ride and a low ride. I am looking to spend around $800 total....What about the skunk 2 full coilover setup... ... any input or ideas would be helpful...thanks

i just got ksports, i love them. people say the koni/gc setup is great but, in my opinion, if youre going to spend $500 for a koni/gc setup, why not spend $100 more and get the ksports.. the quality is top notch and with the adjustable perch as well as spring, and adjustable dampening, you can really fine tune your ride qualiy and height

I have a '00 GSR and went with Omni. I am decently low and still have a good ride with the sport stiffness. I spent a little over $800 for my set up, but I bought everything coil overs, LCA's front UCA's camber kit. It all came as a package. All I need now is the front LCA's. To give you an idea here is how I ride:
I'm on the right

No there's room left, I actually had it lower. I would have left it but I went on a road trip and needed room for the extra weight of people and stuff. When I get my daily later this month I will go back to how it was.

I was gonna run GC's, but a bunch of people were complaining that something doesn't seat right and they'd make a loud popping noise going over bumps and it was embarrasing...

Any one have experience with that?

never had a single problem with my Koni/GC set up. best bang for the buck suspension setup without a doubt.

i liked that a lot better than my current Tein SS coilovers.

That won't happen with Koni-specific GC coilover sleeves.
