car wont start
put fuel pump in my car, and well now the **** wont start, the pump is priming and pumping, but i dont think that has anything to do with it, i changed out the main relay and there are no blown fuses. I turn the key on and CLICK! thats it, i put a new battery in and had the starter checked and it checked good, i really dont know what the hell it could be. I checked all the fuses under the hood and they were fine. Im thinking it could be my ignition switch, but i dont know if it would be the lock cylinder or the switch in side. like i turn the key on and all the lights on the dash come up and the pump comes on, but i go to start it, then nothing. the car doesnt even attempt to fire. I dont know what the hell it could be, im really just getting fed up if you know what i mean, im trying to get this **** done.
Had an intermittant problem like yours. Could be your ignition switch. Check the contacts for the switch. It is easy to take apart. Two screws that will separate the switch from the key part and then there are tabs that hold the white cover in place. Take that off and check the contacts, mine were dirty. Cleaned them off and problem went away. Make sure you disconnect the battery first.

u can take some sandpaper to the contact points to make them shiny again then put tiny amount of elc. grease on them then put it back together.i had this same prob too i found out what it was one tumbler and ingtion harness later.
