Tool to check for warped rotors?

What tool can I use to measure my rotors to see if they are warped?

does your car vibrate when you step on the brakes hard at a high speed? If so... they are probably warped. Im sure there is something... But thats the easiest and cheapest way... so long as you dont get caught...

probably around 50-75 from summit including the mounting arm n stuff
