there is a deeper tone and better throttle response. 
I added a dc sports header and the deeper tone of the exhaust faded away a bit.

i dont think its worth it . . . but a guy just like you bought mine for 250, so i cant complain . you want any more r parts?

i have the catback
its much quiter than my old revolution exhaust
felt no power loss at all

i wouldnt pay more than 200 for it. if u can get one cheap then its coo. Otherwise, save your money for something that will give you more power like some camshafts or something.

i have the complete itr catback...i like it, it's quiet and didn't feel any lose of power when i switched from a greddy exhaust.
btw, i have a dc 421 header..
