Default Driver seat belt squeek

This deosnt appear to have been asked yet.

Is there any type of cure for the seatbelt squeek I get from the belt rubbing against the ribbing on the drivers seat while driving? It seems the guide bracket is in a bad position. Has anyone else noticed this problem?

So you were getting squeeking from the belt rubbing on the bracket itself?

Im getting the squeek from the belt on the leather ribbing. Im thinking about making a spacer to shim the belt guide up off the seat more.

Mine does it to, real annoying. I thinks its just from the angle some people have there seats.

I was told to wax the seat belt or use armor all on it.

directly related to humidity... you'll notice this a lot more in the summer than in the winter. try a small piece of packing tape where the rubbing occurs...
