i went to the street races last night and raced an SRT-4 from a dead stop twice on the highway and beat him both times about 4-5 cars so what do u think my car will run on the strip with slicks?

X2 go to a track and get some slicks and see what it runs, how do you think any of us will know what your car runs? iam not trying to be iam just saying.

Should run about 13.21 @ 101 mph...Launch at 5000rpm,shift at 8000rpm..Make sure to heat up those slicks

street racing is rice

 

first of all street racing isnt rice. Especially when you dont have a track every f#ckin 20 miles in Cali. and the track that is some what close not having open track more than once a month. And then people working comes into account.

Its just the illegal way to race. Its not rice. Rice is going street racing and parking slanted like in fast and the furious and **** like that.

But anyway. Like stated before we wouldnt know. I have lsvtec and so do many others. But it seems that everyone gets different numbers even with the same build. And the main thing is driving. If you suck at driving (which you wouldnt really know by yourself, but your friends would. Althought they probably wouldnt tell you if you did suck). The track is a really fun place to race. Its legal and you get to see all sorts of different cars with all different types of set ups. If you are serious about track racing then slicks are a good rout to go. There is really no point in getting slicks if you go to the track once in a year and its pretty stupid to roll around town on slicks. But all of this is just my .02
