Hey guys, i dont own an s2000 but i am thinking of getting the seats for my prelude since the seats that i have now are broken and i am looking for a more comfortable upgrade. I was just wondering what u guys things about them. Are they comfy? durable? pros and cons... i would really appreiate it (i dont race so i dont have to worry about the racing seatbelts ...i forgot what they are called ) thanks

ps the seats have nets in them, not sure what year

Well, as far as comfort goes...IMHO it is pretty hard to beat the S2000 seat. I have only had my S for about 4 months so as far as durability "so far so good". If you are not worried about weight and all just looks and comfort.. I say go for it, you will like the way the seats feel.

the seat's leather sucks, it's showing wears right after the first day.

it's too narrow for average american

the holes in the leather hides dirt and whatever product you put on it.

older seat(or fat people) will have too much freeplay in the reclining mechanism, it will sqeak and click.

too much honda boy wants to steal those, too much stolen S seat in the market, 06 seats are too expensive now.

that pretty much sum it up

 

Get the new Si seats they seem to be more comfortable and nicer looking.

 

ya i really want the si seats but no one has them... its just that some one is selling the s2000 seats that will directly fit my car with no modifications, i want a cloth seat but it seems like the s2000 seats are popular so i thought why not. I guess i should look somewhere else then

what color are they and how much are they selling them to you for? im asking because i have a red set and a black set, and i wouldnt mind getting rid of either or

 

i think he said 550 and are black, they seem to be in good condtion in the pics

right on, what color? my black ones are in great comdition, not perfect but great, no rips tears etc, now my red ones are in good condition, the leather is begining to show stress marks, (on the driver side) its not torn, but a bit worn. let me know if your interested

 

does anyone have any comments on the comfort and durablility of the leather? thanks a bunch
