Default what ecu would help me out? jdm pr3 or jdm p08?

would i be able to use this ecu "JDM PR3 Virgin ECU CRX SIR Civic b16a vtec odb0 " on my A6 with a JDM d15b vetc head to get vtec to kick in? I'd like to use it since it's 0bd0...

...or

should i just go for the "JDM Honda Civic D15B 37820 - P08 - N01 460 - 401968"
i'm not sure what resrections if any are added to the JDM ecu's I thought i read some place that they have a lower gov setting but then again i could be complelty mistaken.

The pr3 is designed for a different engine altogether. You could get it chipped, but for the goodness and simplicity of the obd1 swap might as well stick with the original ecu.
