Default Mugen Hardtop Lining...

as some of you know i am hosting the group buy on mugen hardtops... my questions is does it or does it not have lining? on the inline four website it shows it has having every honda factory "seal and panel" for installation and shows a picture of what appears to be interior panels for the inside of the roof??? any input is appreciated.

the inside of the hardtop is raw glass.

the mugen comes with:

- rear poly window
- rear & passenger interior trim
- front strakes
- rear catchers
- driver & passenger window moldings and mounts

you could do that, but whats the point?

theirs nothing to mount it to unless you drill into the top itself. personally if you want a headliner get the OEM. I had both, and I sold my OEM because I like the Mugen much better. Not having a line doesnt bother me at all.

its pretty cheap, but you still have to factor in shipping and the wait. i dont think any mugen hardtops are in stock now.

I would keep your oem driver and passenger trim too. Because the one that comes with the Mugen HT is for Japanese S2Ks so it has the hole for your gas tank release on the passenger side and it covers the US gas tank release. You will probably have to modify the US OEM trims to fit but it's not that hard.

all you do is use the ones in your car. you just swap the brushes from the Mugen ones into the ones already on the car
