What do I call this part?

I have an 00 si, but my air box is from an EX, so this pipe does not fit.

I have tried to search for a new one, but I dont even know what the hell to call it when searching.

What is this part called?

No, this is not my car, this one fits, mine, not so much.

If your talking about the air intake tube I think it is number 10 in the diagram.
